The federal courthouses located in Council Bluffs, Des Moines, and Davenport will not be open on Monday, January 19. The closure affects all three locations on that day.

Muscatine man sentenced to 15 years for transporting child pornography

A Muscatine man has been sentenced to fifteen years in federal prison after being convicted for transporting child pornography while on probation for a previous offense. Authorities say he must also pay restitution and serve supervised release after prison.
