A man from Fort Dodge, Iowa, has pleaded guilty to charges related to the sexual exploitation of minors and the distribution of child pornography. Pry’Shayn Mosley, 20, entered his plea on November 12, 2025, in federal court in Sioux City.

According to information presented during the plea hearing, Mosley admitted that between May and October 2022 he enticed two minors under the age of 18 to participate in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of creating visual depictions. He also acknowledged possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material to others, including children.

Law enforcement executed a search warrant at Mosley’s residence as part of their investigation. During the search, officers seized several electronic devices along with marijuana, items used for drug distribution, cash, and two loaded firearms. While police were present at the scene, Mosley instructed a juvenile at the residence to retrieve a package containing drugs—cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl—from another room and attempt to dispose of it. Officers intervened before evidence could be destroyed.

The materials created and distributed by Mosley involved content that depicted sadistic or masochistic conduct involving children.

Mosley was convicted of one count of sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of distribution of child pornography. Sentencing will take place before United States District Court Judge Leonard T. Strand after completion of a presentence report. Mosley remains in custody awaiting sentencing. He faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison and up to 30 years’ imprisonment, as well as a possible fine up to $250,000 and at least five years of supervised release following any prison term.
