The Iowa State Bar Association announced on April 8 that registration is open for its 2026 Juvenile Law Seminar on May 14 and Criminal Law Seminar on May 15, with a bundled option available for discounted rates. Both events will take place at the ISBA Building in Des Moines and can also be attended via live webinar.
The seminars are designed to provide focused legal education for attorneys practicing in juvenile and criminal law. The following day’s Criminal Law Seminar covers search and seizure topics, eyewitness identification procedures, legislative developments, specialty courts information, trends regarding youth defendants, as well as diversity-focused content. This seminar provides eight CLE hours including ethics requirements.
