The Iowa State Bar Association announced on Mar. 25 that its members now have free electronic access to Iowa’s civil and criminal jury instructions.

The availability of these materials is intended to provide added value and convenience for association members. Access to accurate and up-to-date jury instructions is important for legal professionals preparing for trial or referencing legal standards in their practice.

Members can find the jury instructions through the association’s Civil and Criminal Jury Instructions webpage, which serves as a centralized resource for locating, reviewing, and downloading necessary materials. For those who need information while away from their desks, the ISBA2Go app also provides access under its Resources section, allowing users to reference these documents whether in the office or in court.

This initiative reflects the association’s ongoing efforts to deliver practical tools that support daily work and improve efficiency across various areas of legal practice.

The move underscores a broader trend among professional organizations aiming to equip their members with digital resources that facilitate better service delivery and professional development.
