The Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) system announced on Mar. 13 that short training videos are now available to help users with the multifactor authentication process.

The new resources aim to support users as they navigate the security steps required for accessing PACER services. Multifactor authentication is an added layer of protection that helps ensure only authorized individuals can access sensitive court records and information.

According to the announcement, these short training videos are designed to accompany existing learning aids and provide practical guidance on various aspects of the multifactor authentication process. The materials are accessible through the PACER website.

This initiative reflects ongoing efforts by PACER to enhance user experience and strengthen account security measures. The availability of video tutorials is expected to make it easier for users to understand and implement multifactor authentication requirements.

Users interested in viewing the training materials can find them at https://pacer.uscourts.gov/announcements/2026/03/11/multifactor-authentication-short-training-videos-now-available.
